Data Privacy Statement (Collection of Personal Information)
We collect Personal Information (PI) necessary for the legitimate operation, auditing, and security of the NORSU Finance System. The PI collected through this form includes, but is not limited to, your Employee ID, Full Name, Position/Designation, and Active Email Address.
Purpose of Collection: This data is processed solely for the legitimate purpose of:

Verifying your unique identity for system access and transaction authorization.

Recording official transactions for audit and reporting requirements.

Providing necessary technical support and system-related communication.
All collected PI is stored securely on NORSU's servers and is protected in compliance with the Data Privacy Act (DPA) of 2012.
System Logging and Tracking
We are committed to maintaining your privacy. We do not use trackers and we do not share any personal identifying information with 3rd-parties.
For security and troubleshooting purposes, our system will store your IP address in a log upon access. The system will also set a login cookie on your device for session management, which is deleted immediately upon logout.
We want all our system users to have a positive and secure experience on the NORSU Finance System.
Terms and Conditions
By using this system you hereby agree and are implicitly mandated to report only to the developers/System Administrator any suspicious system activities, security vulnerabilities, malfunctions, unwanted behavior, future improvement, and further recommendations that will help in the overall success of NORSU.
Account Security and Responsibility
You must not disclose, share, or allow any other individual to use your access credentials or account. Such an action is a severe violation and can result in disciplinary action and system audit fraud investigation.
Limitation of Liability
While developers take all reasonable measures for system security, any activity resulting from data loss or that will result in any financial or system losses, which is not a direct result of proven developer negligence, will not be directly attributed to the system development team.
Intellectual Property
You are not allowed to copy, promote, advertise, edit, experiment with, or tamper with any of the system's underlying code or properties without the explicit written permission of the developers/system owners.
We are open for any constructive criticism that can assure the future growth of us as developers and for the growth of NORSU.
